No info on vehicle Inspection requirement

I bought and took delivery of a car on 5 November 2015, in respect of which I arranged IWYZE insurance cover the day before. I was informed that my car would be required to be inspected within 7 days of the start of the policy, failing which the policy may be cancelled. That sounded more than reasonable to me as I thought that this would be sufficient time for me to comply with the inspection requirement at my convenience. Howevever 4 days later, and AFTER calling the call centre for further information and asking for the matter to be expedited, I am still waiting for a call from IWYZE to give me information as to where I should take the car for the inspection. How can you on the one hand impose a requirement and then at the same time pose obstacles to comply with it? This is my first time with IWYZE. I was able to comply with similar requirements with other insurance companies since the vehicle inspection centres were disclosed upfront. If getting cover with IWYZE is as good as not having cover at all, then I see no reason why I should not just take my business to another more responsive insurer.
