No HELP AT ALL

I have now been waiting for since24th of February 2021 for the fixing of my car which was not my fault at all!!! but YOUR client's fault for how much longer must I drive around with a broken car? I need this to be sorted asap I will drive to your head office and make you fix it I will NOT wait any longer I absolutely refuse and this Francis working in your legal department is very unprofessional never pics up the phone nor phone you back ?? I'm going to take legal action now against your Client to Pay for the Fixing of my car I'm tired of waiting

What a lie no one has phoned us back especially not Francis Theron from iWyze legal He could have informed me that you are handing over all your claims to Quest Claims Solutions, What is going on here my claim should have been paid out so I can fix it my car, but now I have to wait again?? and for how long now? I'm going to phone every day until I'm going to be helped This Ashish Ramkissoon who is now apparently handling my claim ALWAYS PROMISE TO PHONE BACK BUT NEVER DOES ITS NOW BEEN 25 DAYS SINCE HE SAID THEY WILL PAYOUT ??
