No Feedback on Third Party claim

I registered a third party claim *** with iWyze on 22/02/2021 after their client bumped my vehicle at the back. I emailed the requested photos, license disc, driver's license, accident description, quotation and to date i have not heard any feedback from them. I have made numerous calls to follow up and hold for over 20 minutes with no assistance. Victor Ketwa is said to be handling my claim but he never calls nor bothers to respond to my email
