No feedback on Excess recovery from many years ago

I have been calling Iwyze since 2015 to check progress of my excess amount recovery. Until today they have not gotten back to me and when I call them the line has some sort of glitch then hangs up, but if I call regarding any other matter I am able to communicate swiftly with them. Ditch iwyze
