No feedback and positive answers

I have submitted a claim in may for my brother who passed away. Ever since the funeral nothing has been paid out for the funeral. I have been phoning and the call center has been of no help. They told me they dont have any information on the claim. I finally got the nr for the claims department and there was no answer ever since. Im trying to find out why is it taking so long. I dont know what the movement on the claim is. I just feel they dont update their clients on movement of any claims
