No feedback and poor service

I was involved in an accident on the 3rd June and my vehicle was towed and Ms Kelebogile Mangoegape saying she is responsible for claim and issued me a claim number and arranged for car hire through Avis.On the 10th she called stating the claim was authorized and will be taken to the Panelbeaters. She promised to call me on either the 11th /12th but didnt. I followed up with the panelbeaters on the 15th who told me that they do not have my vehicle as yet. I then called Iwyze and spoke to Sifiso who promised to get back to me but didn't. I called again on the 17th spoke to Mantshadi who promised to investigate and revert back to me but didn't then I received a call from Kelebogile who said the car was sent in and she will give an update. With no update I checked with Panelbeaters on the 22nd and was told the car only arrived on the 18th and they will call me on the 25th once parts are received and that the work will take 10 working days. Id didn't hear from them then emailed Mantshadi I received and sms stating it will expire on the 1st I requested for an extension<br> until the 3rd as my contract allows for 30day car hire. I have not recievd feedback on whether the car is extended
