No contact on car inspection

I took insurance car cover with Iwyze on the 02 September 2015, then delivery of the car was done on the 3 September 2015 until today they had never contacted me where should I take the car for inspection, surely if I can get accident they will tell me stories and reject my claim. I contacted them Friday and my call was transferred to that section that supposed to assist but I hold the line until 45 minutes and I then drop, I try again on the 4 /09/15 , I was promised that they will contact me on Monday because they are busy until today they had never come back to me. JUDGING FROM THE REPORTS 96 PERCENT OF THEIR CUSTOMER ARE UNHAPPY DUE TO POOR SERVICE AND CLAIM REJECT. I am not different from the masses hence I have already experienced it, from 15 September 2015 I am moving my car insurance to the best insurance that has few complaints here on Hellopeter.com.
