No communication, long claim process, they are sure to make you regret ever joining them.

I've been with the insurance company for years, never missed a payment and never made a claim since I joined (4years plus). Had an accident on 30/10/2022. Made a claim and submitted everything(even though some documents were submitted late cause I only found out about them during my constant calling). Its exactly 8 full working days today, they are still trying validate my claim. The car is still in my custody,, (mind you that this is my only car).

My last accident was in 2014 with miway and it took 4 days for a payout and settle everything.

I thought I had a cover for these kind of incidents(vehicular accident). For almost 5 years of payments I thought I was covered.

Brothers and Sister out there please be aware dealing with iwyze. So far this is not an insurare to rely on during trying times. They don't communicate with you, always on hold, you have to get on ur knees for them to do what they promised.
