No basis to reject my claim
I had an accident in 2017 July and my claim was rejected on the basis that there was a glass of wine in the car. However, I have still been waiting for the blood results which I was advised that they are available at the police station.
I would like to have this decision reviewed. Can someone please contact me to discuss this further.
I am also in the process of logging this with the ombudsman.
