No assistance No feedback

I reported accident on the 26 October 2022 , claim no *** and still today the car is not fixed - the front bumper looks like its going to fall any day , the left fender is just hanging. No [roper communication in regardsb to updates when is the car going to be fixed and every time I call I get the same response - someone is working on your claim. Last time I mentioned I'm not comfortable with the sound the car makes when I drive and I was told if the car is still in a driving condition I can use it because the assessor did not say its not safe to drive it . The problem what if more damaged is occurring as I drive this car on daily basis to work because the sound is there and has not stopped. Saturday was full 30 days after I reported the accident but no assistance ,and when I called on 24 November I was told that my car might be attended in January 2023 because panel beaters they closing on the 2nd week of December 2022. My problem I need a car to travel to work and the area I reside they is no public transport that can take from my house in Empangeni to Eshowe which is 67km plus 67km return from Eshowe to Empangeni. On my policy they is an option for courtesy car
