No assistance in adding beneficiaries but I get called for increasing premiums

I have been trying to get hold of iwyze life insurance regarding assistance on adding beneficiaries to my life cover but no one is updating my information, iwyze only calls when you miss your premium or when your premium increases, if they don't add the beneficiaries that I want to add by Friday 25th of July I will move my life cover to an insurer that attends to my queries.
