No answer on calls

I wanted to log a claim on the 2nd of December . No one answers their calls. Can someone from Iywze assist. The whole day no answer on their claim department. I tried calling other departments. They told me they will get someone from the claims department to call me. How am I supposed to log a claim. My car is damaged
