Nightmare IWYZE refusing to pay for an original windscreen for a new model BMW

I have previously lodged a claim for a windscreen damage for my 2020 G20 320i BMW. Initially a generic windscreen was approved but after indicating that my car is a new model and still under motor plan and warranty an original windscreen was approved. Now I have lodged a claim for a windscreen damage, IWYZE is refusing to approve an original windscreen, despite my car being a new model and being under motor plan and warranty. And should there be a malfunction of the sensors of the wipers the motor plan may reject my claim on the basis that the windscreen is not an original windscreen.
