Nightmare Cancelation process
I do not recommend them at all. First of all, it's quick to sign up but canceling with them is a nightmare. I've been with them for 3 years(claim-free) and they increase your premiums without you even claiming once. Never needed service from them, and now that I want to cancel, I must jump through hoops. Imagine a 31-day notice or an immediate cancelation results in a forfeit of your premium and no cover for the rest of the month. You can't wait for the last day because they institute a debit on your bank account 4 or 5 days prior. Should you cancel after they institute the debit, they charge you R450. Do not insure with Iwyze, if it is this painful to cancel, imagine the claims process.
