Never take insurance with IWYZE

IWYZE is the worst **** ever!!!!!!! Its been months and months going for a year now and my claim still has not been paid and yet they never miss a debit order!!!! Whenever you follow up they ask for the same damn documents and pictures and then send you from pillar to post, oh and again you have to find your own service provider and quotations. My dad has done this process over and over again only for them to go silent and not do anything. The people who have been handling this matter is Siphiwe Shabangu and Ntotole Manaka, the matter has been elevated but even after that there has been no movement. If IWYZE offers you home insurance, do yourself a favor I have experienced the nightmare. The worst part is when they expect you as the customer to go around in circles trying to find a service provider and quotations which is costly on it's own. At this point I dont want anything to do with old mutual and iwyze combined .
