Never take car insurance with Old mutual car insurance

What ever you do please do not take car insurance with Old mutual. It has only been two months with then and their 3rd party claim department won't help instead will waist your airtime and promise to call you back and never do. If they can't assist with claiming from a 3rd party imagine claiming from them. They waisted almost two months of my time when I could have done the claim myself, worst part the other party was completely cooperative and processed the claim all they had to do was call. I would have been far if I just did it myself and they offered knowing they won't do their job. Appalling service and yet so quick to debit at the end of the month.
