Never insure with Iwyze

My husband was involved in an accident Sunday night 05 December 2021,to this day 07 December I can't get hold of the claims department,Called this number ***God knows how many times. "You are Caller number 38,you wait until you are caller number 1.Then the person you are trying to reach is unavailable.

I can't even log a claim,will I ever be assisted.

We had to personally find our own tow truck,to remove the vehicle from the scene.

In this truama of being in an accident,one still need to go through a extremely bad service. Never have I missed my monthly premiums but what a pathetic service. Even went to old mutual offices in Jabulani mall thinking I might get help but still the claims department is not available. I regret leaving my previous insurance.What an excellent service I got there especially in this time of need.
