NEVER INSURE WITH IWYZE

Iwyze Insurance by Old Mutual...what an absolute garbage complany to deal with!

Iwyze seems to give clients the impression that they are dealing with your claim to the extent that they give you a false impression that your claim will be paid out only to then investigate you as a client with bogus allegations of DUI, a month after your incident. Furthermore, they then interrogate you and find ways not to pay out your claim! When questioned, they will not even respond and then promise you feedback which never comes.

It has now been 3 months since i have lodged a claim with Iwyze and cannot even gey a decent response from their Claims dispute department.

I regret the day I ever chose Iwyze as an insurer as they are neither ethical nor customer centric and will advise others of same. The amount of anxiety and inconvenience experienced when dealing with your claim is not something that I would think any paying client should ever experience.

@OldMutualSA hope you're taking note as your brand's image is being tarnished by the poor service and bad business ethics of Iwyze :(
