NEVER EVER JOIN THIS COMPANY IS A ****!!! iWyze!!!!!!! On the 16th of July 2022 I logged a claim after I was involved in an accident on the 14th of July 2022, it was 1st handled by some B/lady(i forgot her name), until it was then taken over by the biggest lier herself Cristal Martin who reports to Jacques du Plessis.

They dragged my claim for over a month pulling all the tactics to delay and reject the claim.

Even after I have corrected them 3 times on their report and findings which they agreed with me on my corrections, but later still rejected my claim on their falls findings that I already corrected them on.

Cristal Martin is the worst consultant to ever handle a claim, or even work this industry, her work ethics are very bad, she has attitude, unprofessional, and a lier.

I think Jacques du Plessis is ****** because for the fact that even after I corrected them more than twice on their findings he comes and tells me that "they are not going to entertain my claim" , ENTERTAIN ? really? , I thought they are working to service us not to entertain us,

I will never ever recommend iWyze\Old Mutual to anyone.

As for Jacques Du Plessis and Cristal Martin I don't think they have undergone the training they deserve to be on the positions they are holding.
