Never Choose Iwyze

I was insured with Iwyze last year and was involved in a car accident which injured my child and my car was a write off. I called the insurance and traffic cops at the scene. I have never seen a company tried to discredit a customer so badly, from day it was fight. It is like the trained that if a customer claims be ready for world War 1. I was asked for bank statements to see if I didn't buy alcohol, asked to repeat the story a hundred times like it's a court case, proof of your day activities and more questions unrelated to the cause of the accident. Yoh these people are vultures, your claim will be assessed for 2months, then be rejected. I then took them to the Ombudsman, and they came for me harder saying I intentionally put my son's life at risk as if I blamed them for my son getting hurt. I lost the case with the ombudsman. So people must decide if they want to pay for an insurance company so when you claim you will have get assistance and empathy, or you want to fight till you turn blue. I'm mad that I didn't check reviews on this platform and social media. I didn't not have a lawyers and did not go on Twitter because I'm scared it will affect my career. But don't be a fool like I was.
