Never again . What a poor service

Today makes a full week after I called and claimed. No one from the business has bothered to contact me or get back to me and I see on they website that my claim has not be assigned to anyone but come month end they will be the first to debit their money . I am sick and tired of this poor service . The worst insurance company ever
