My claim was rejected due to my ITC.

As a Old Mutual staff employee I recieved the most worse service from Iwyze. On the 15th of Jan 2023 i had a break in incident at my house, which I then logged a case with police, got a case number and statements, submitted a claim to my insurance Iwyze and to my surprise 2 weeks later I was told they can't find my documents, then I resubmitted the documents and just to be told a week later that my claim was rejected due to my ITC. This did not made sense to me as to what my ITC got do with my claim. Why did they sign me up as a client and took my monthly premiums, why was I not told that if I have a bad ITC record I won't be able to claim from the insurance. If I knew that I am paying for an insurance that won't be able to assist me with ****** household content claims due to ITC I would have never signed up. I was also told my premiums cannot be refunded back to me and my policy was cancel immediate. Iwyze I will never recommend you to anyone, as a staff member I am highly disappointed in your services. A month later i signed up with Budget insurance, and 2 weeks after i signed up, my TV broke due to loadshedding, and with just one call to budget insurance, my claim was logged and my TV was collected, with no issues and no hassles and was not told once anything about my ITC. Recieved the best service from Budget insurance and highly recommended.
