MY CLAIM IS STILL BEING ASSESSED BUT MY CAR IS IN AUCTION

Today I went to Renew-it Rivonia to collect my drivers license which i had forgotten in the car after the accident. The consultant assisting me at Renew-it informed me that my insurance Old Mutual iWyze had requested the car to be taken to an auction site and it was collected on Thursday morning 23/02/2022. I was not informed about this by my insurance nor the assessor that i had a meeting with that same afternoon on Thursday but rather he contacted me in the evening stating that his manager is requesting more information that was already given. I have received very poor communication regarding my claim and it seems i am the one who is constantly having to call and enquire for an update. The assessor calls me frequently only to ask questions that i have provided answers to or makes me re-sign or email documents that i have already submitted. I do not understand the process of iWyze but it is very inconveniencing as a client.
