My car insurance claim ***

I am Mkhululi Mavilo,on the 01/01/2024 I had a Car accident, I have bad experience with Iwyze insurance, they rejected my claiming that I did not tell them that I defaulted which is not true because I told them from the word go..worse part of it no one told me about the outcome of my claim,I Saw a email today instructing panel beater to release my car without anyone called me to inform about outcome of my claim ***,please Hellopeter help me to resolve this issue,another is the validater his name is Modupi Mogano was very rude and unprofessional, he didn't want to give me the number or contact details for his line manager ,he can't give it to me because I want to get him in trouble ,he couldn't provide me with the kind of trouble he referred to.
