I am very disappointed with Iwyze insurance, on the 24th of December I got a tyre puncture on my way home, I called their Roadside assistance dept & i was told that my policy is inactive yet my monthly premium has been going through since June 2021, I then called customer care, Customer care dept confirmed that all in order with my policy & they will call Roadside dept to assist me & get back to me but I haven't heard from iwyze since then. what frustrated me more their debt order went through while am stucked right there...
