Mpumelelo Mtshali gave best service excellent 👌 and was so friendly and willing to assist me in best possible way he could as I was canceling my policy with Old Mutual car insurance. Unfortunately I have received a better offer from another insurance company since last time I was made to pay double ACCESS since accident was deemed to be a single car accident which didn't seat down well with me as I wouldn't deliberately make or cause an accident not especially traveling with my 4 year old son at that time December 2023
