MPHO - ( ACCESSOR ) / KAIZER - ( CONSULTANT )

April 2020 I was hijacked. With the struggle to get through to Iwyze during lockdown period it was frustrating and a pain following up on a claim and can't hear the consultant especially with them working from home. I would like to thank (Mpho - my assesor ) for being helpful through out the process with regards to my matter with numerous requests but mostly I would like to say thank you to Mr Kaizer Sigasa. Kaizer has been very helpful since the day of my claim. He also advised me to go for counselling and has been checking up on me as a concerned person/consult, he was patient with me even when I felt like breaking down and getting frustrated being reminded constantly of what had happened in order for my claim to be processed. Kaizer went the extra mile to ensure that everything went accordingly that my claim was processed, he explained to me that it might be a while as most of the consultants were working from home. I never felt the whole consultants working from home experience since Kaizer was doing a follow up call to find out if I have been assisted. Once again July 2020 I was involved in a accident, yet again Mr Sigasa assisted me once again. To his team leader - Kaizer is one of the most patient consultants who was very helpful and understanding, who explained everything to me over again I think more then 20 times when I would forget some of the things required. He never got irritated with me when I had my mental hijacking and accident panic attacks. I hope you recognise his work ethics and his ambitions and that you make note, you have one amazing consultant in you department.

Thank you Mr Sigasa for not making my journey feel like a burden to you an your team. Thank you for the assistance and the listening and mostly being patient with me. I do hope they recognise your hard work and dedication.
