Motor Vehicle Claim

Hi I'm Anania. I would like to express poorest level of service I received from iwyze when I lodged a claim after my vehicle was involved in an accident. It's almost 2 months now and I am still waiting the final status of my claim. I have sent them all information they requested and last week I asked to speak to the claims team as was really frustrated with lack of feedback from their claims representatives. Her name is Yumna, was really hoping she will give proper feedback but she just said my case has been referred and they will contact me shortly. To make things worse, they deducted a claim a month later after I lodged a claim with them. I don't understand why as there is no vehicle to cover. No more doing business with iwyze. They making my life hell. Very dissatisfied!!!
