Thanks for your last response. I was able to get an email from a claims consultant. But now it’s no longer with her, she is saying my claim is with the management. I want to know the specifics, what is the hold up? What review is taking so long, is it my id verification?, is it my license verification?, is it the damage report?, are you waiting for quotes? I need to know. This not a very good way of dealing with your clients
