Motor vehicle accident claim issues with IWYZE
Was involved in a motor vehicle accident,a head on crash with another vehicle on the 1st of April 2022. Im being investigated and threatened by my insurer like i had committed a serious crime and the other party was the wrong one. We nearly towards the end of the second month of the investigation and still they not being helpful,while being insured with them since 2018. I feel helpless and my vehicle is declared a write-off and its still financed.

Report recieved for reason of rejection was that i left the scene of the accident wherelse i reported straight to the nearest SAPS to report the incident and the responsible SAPS officers details where given to them. After being insured with them for so many years i never knew that being involved in an accident was going to lead to such a traumatic situation. And i dont wanna leave this matter lying down. Please do intervene

Dear fellow citizens if u genuinely love your vehicle opt for better insurance companies just not old mutual iwyze. The experience ive had with them is very traumatising and im still stuck with a written off vehicle after being insured with them for more than four years. I couldve invested my money in better insurance companies and not Iwyze. It is very dissapointing and u will feel like an investigated ******** after having an accident insured under them.

The experience ive had with them is very traumatising and im still stuck with a written off vehicle after being insured with them for more than four years. 29 Jun 2022, 14:56An assesor by the name of Anthony Moeketsi gave false information to the insurance during the investigations of the accident and i was the one who was bumped in a heaf on collision by a white lady. And i was made to believe that the insurance rejected the claim because my vehicle was insured for retail value. Iwyze is not convinient and submissive but very quick when taking our money. This insuarnce company is a **** and am taking legal actions against you,wont leave this matter laying down. I believe am not the first one to experience this with iwyze from the reviews ive seen on this plattform but it has to come to an end. We all value our money and work hard for it to be recieving such unfair treatment from an insurance company like old mutual iwyze
