Most inefficient service Ive ever encountered

I would give iWyze a star if I could. My claim finally says approved on the website after weeks of waiting, but its been two days since then and still no one has contacted me to tell me what to do or where to take my windscreen to be replaced. For weeks now I've been driving with a cracked windscreen because of iWyze's inefficiency. Its just a windscreen claim, how can this take 3 weeks? Can someone please call me and tell me what is happening! Calling you is useless coz I am sent from pillar to post. This is my second time claiming from you guys and both times have been a nightmare.
