Attempts to understand the status of my claim and the reasons behind declaring my car a write-off have been met with silence. There is a lack of transparency regarding the evaluation process, leaving me in the dark about crucial details, such as the rationale for deeming my car irreparable and the specific repair costs provided by the panel beater. The disparity between the efficiency at the beginning of the process and the current lack of feedback has left me frustrated and seeking clarity.
