MISS

On the 4th November 2019 I was involved in a car accident so I put a claim for my car they check everything as usual but they didn't give me updates as for what is the process I do the follow up and everything was fine according them the only thing they were waiting for is an engineer to check computer box then after 2 weeks I called them again for feedback they told me the speed was fine kilometers were fine and I was waiting for the outcome then they told me my claim has been rejected because of the tyres all along why they didn't see the tyres were not roadworthy . I feel like they are not fair cause they didn't even pay me a cent they don't want to settle my car installment cause am still paying for my car .can someone please help mow I feel like I was paying for nothing even after the accident they were deducting my money ot which they know very well the wont pay me am so disappointed to IWYZE CAR INSURANCE I won't recommend to someone else for what they did to me they gave stress on top of other stress after my accident cause I was critically injured even now my face is full of scars now the put more scars in my heart and in my mind what they put me through
