misleading methods

pathetic,questionable service,besides the 3x itc checks that have to be done between them and hippo,lowering my scores each time,which i dont understand,why dont they use the information from the first itc check....to the sudden change of policies,did a quote with two of their consultants less than two weeks ago and no additional excess app**** if car was hijacked or ****** even without a tracking device,now new quote,suddenly 7% of value of vehicle applies,wth is going on,and then the blame game as in the previous consultants probably didn't know what they were doing,How can i trust these people with my assets and money if they trying tricks like this,best to steer clear from these people as they are clearly ***** or have ***** staff working for them.
