Mislead

i took out a life cover with you guys because you are one of the trusted insurance companies in the country in November and i wanted my first debit order to go off end of January but that did not happen as you guys debited me on the 27 of December, secondly i was quoted R340 for my life cover but you guys have debited me R587 when i called in week before last to get the matter sorted out i was told that i will be refunded my money back till today i am waiting after coutnless calls ,today you promised me a call before 16:30 but nothing happened your service agents are busy shifting blame between IT and managers all i need is my refund from you guys and cancell that policy
