This company is full of S**T!!! Do not take insurance with them. I cancelled my policy on the 3rd of January 2023. On the 1st of December 2023 they deducted the premium I used to pay when I had an active policy. I called in requesting for a refund, I was informed it would take 8-10 days for my refund. It’s the 9th of January 2024 and I am still waiting. I sent an email to the agent Mulalo that is assisting me with the refund. I have not received any feedback. They are a bunch of ****mers. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY.
