****mers

Iwyze is just bunch of ****mers. Their so called comprehensive insurance that runs away from paying natural disasters. I was involved in flooding early February this year. They hired a so called incident investigator by the Name of Thabo Ungerer. My claim was rejected with the reason of negligence which is not backed by any valid reason. I wrote a objection letter on the 13th of March 2023 up to now I never got any response from them. I try calling and sending emails but still no response. If you join this insurance put money aside for lawyer also. Don't be like me and ignore the bad reviews of this insurance. They don't even deserve a single star.
