My car was involved in a minor accident in the 9th of December, since it was at night and there was a domestic animal involved I decided to involve police and my insurance. My car was not yet taken for inspection as per my policy so the cover was not comprehensive. I lodged the claim and requested towing right away. They took my car to their site the same day. Now it’s been over a month they rejected my claim and refuse to release my car they not responding to my email. The one responsible is either not in the office or makes empty promises. All that is needed is then drafting the release letter . Now I’m getting calls from ****mer informing me my car will be moved from vryheid to PMB I need to pay them to fix my car to avoid this . So iwayze kept my car for over a month rejected the claim and now exposing me to ****mers. I’m Doctor by profession I need this car to travel to work. Iwayze are bunch of ****mers I know at least 6 friends now who have similar horrible experience from iwayze Old Mutual insurance company
