Make sure of your life cover with this insurance!!

Disappointed taking life insurance with Iwyze/ Old Mutual. My father was ill and took out a life cover should anything happen to him that my mother will have some funds. He passed away October this year. We submitted all the documents and they have decline the pay out and stated that this was a cover only when a accident death occur and not natural causes. This was shocking to experience after the loss of our dad and the fact that he paid R1200 per month for a cover that he did not even agreed upon. I would not recommend using this Life insurance cover.
