Loyalty of a customer means nothing to iWYZE, premiums increase yearly despite no claim and retention department is not open to negotiate discounts for annual/inflationary increase. The blanket approach contract is one sided and it is a rip-off as no claim over the years should make room for negotiation on premium increase.
