LOUSY premium incease
My policy premium for a car and household contents went up by R500 from R3200 to R3700 with no explanation and I have not claimed in the last 2-3 years. I do not understand the criteria used to increase these premiums. The agent failed didsmally to explain how they determined these. I am ready to cancel and I think everyone else should do so.
