Look after your loyal customer...

<p>I have been with Iwyze for 5 years now as a client. I pay my high premiums every month without fail. I'd like to believe Iwyze and myself have a very good mutually beneficial relationship. Every year my premiums increase slightly which I can live with. I moved into my own house and therefore changes addresses and the premium just goes right up to a point where I can afford it. When o spoke to the consultant she said there's nothing they can do to make it less. Ok cool granted. </p> <p> </p> <p>Did the mosy draining exercise of looking for new insurance. Good very good quotes from Outsurance and Discovery. Although it's a mission to move insurance in order for me to save costs, I was gonna do It. Decided il go with a Outsurance. I called Iwyze to cancel and guess what? Only after wanting to cancel can they review the premium. The premium was matched, came put less than what Outsurance quoted me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am really disgusted that only when i threatened to cancel did Iwyze make a plan to decrease my premium. Considering I have been with them for so long, it shouldn't be like this. I shouldn't have to consider leaving in order to be retained as a customer. </p> <p> </p> <p>Im happy though that I don't have to change Insurance's. </p>
