lies and no pay out on advertising promises

I would not recommend getting there insurance they try be like out surance and say if we cant beat your current insurer they will pay you R500, which i did the process and as any insurance company they have come back with excuses about having to pay you out. they doing this for R500 imagine you put a damage claim in for thousands you will never get you claim paid. Very disappointing so quick to take your money but never pay out when there promises are beaten.
