**** assessment cost

I have been a client for over 5 years and to date this has been a very terrible service. Not only did they lie about the assessment amount of the damages to the car as Renew-It was genuine enough to send the correct quotation/assessment, The difference is over R10K and they claim it is below access, they have been giving me the run around about the car and terminated car hire without the car being resolved. The communication is bad as they do not provide information unless we call and to date since the 14th of December 2022, we have not been helped! It is sad that they do not value long standing clients and we have all our cars insured with them.
