Leave Iwize ASAP they make all excuse not to pay a claim

Hi I have been with iwize for 16 years Last year I had a claim for my lapa which blew over due to heavy winds they rejected claim with an excuse when I objected claim in Dec no on eup to date even rep****. I have another claim this year with vehicle water damage again the came with some excuse why they are rejecting the claim one again. I have been paying R 3000.00 a month for so long and once I need them they are pulling this stunt. This is pathetic if anyone is reading this please leave this insurance for your own safety
