Late feedback on claims

Submitted 2 claims on 23-Nov. Today (12 business days later) they phone me to say the first claim is rejected for reasons beyond me (PMB related). Asked about the 2nd claim (remember they were submitted on the same day) - oh no sorry he is not aware of a second one, but will have a look on the system. Looks...looks...oh there is missing documentation that I now need to submit. 12 business days later to tell me I must submit more docs ... unacceptable!!!
