LACK OF SERVICE FROM OLD MUTUAL GAP COVER CLAIMS DEPARTMENT

I submitted a GAP cover claim on the 19th of September 2023 and 3 weeks later I have not heard anything from Old Mutual GAP cover claims department. I have sent their customer care a number of emails and have been trying to make contact with them which is literally impossible.
