Lack of feedback

Lack of Feedback from iwyze is really bad. My claim was logged on the 24th of July and I am writing this today they still haven’t finalised it or approved my claim. Courtesy car must be returned but here I am not knowing what is happening with my car. It’s traumatic what you guys make your customers go through . BAD BAD
