Lack of Credibility company.

They actually don't deserve even one star. Around the 10th of November 2020 I requested policy from them to start on the 1st of December 2020, but 2 days later I called them and cancel the policy as it was within cooling period and the consultant said it is cancelled and I also received email confirmation of cancellation. But on the 25th they debited me for the same cover I cancelled. On the 11th December 2020 I called and explained to the consultant said it doesn't show that it was cancelled and she said I should email my ID copy along with bank statement showing the debit that went through so they can process the refund, I did that the same day and got automated email saying they'll contact me in 2 working days but even today I'm still waiting for them to contact me.
