Kudos to Kaizer Sigasa @ iWyze

I wish to send out Kudos to Kaizer Sigasa at Old mutual iWYZE for his excellent customer relations. We were involved in an armed ******* at our home in November 2020, our claim has been in process since then (understandably because of the December holidays), I will not mention the person to whom our claim was assigned. But it because impossible to get any response and feedback from this person albeit numerous emails that became please for a response. We then remembered that Kaizer handled out trauma claim and copied him on the email to assist. Like bolt the responded with a phone call, and assured us of his commitment to iWYZE clients and apologized for the delay (which in any case was not of his doing) He worked on our claim with compassion, diligence and a care for our ordeal. KUDOS Kaizer! You are a great asset to iWYZE and have helped them retain one more client!!! 1 February 2021
